Senior MuleSoft Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MuleSoft Senior Developer to lead our development team, managing support activities, and advocate best practices, reusable assets, and a governance framework for MuleSoft adoption. The position requires hands-on experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring integration solutions that align with business objectives

Solution Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design robust MuleSoft solutions that meet business needs, ensuring scalability and performance.
High ROI: Focus on delivering high return on investment by optimizing integration processes and leveraging best practices.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of integration developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Hands-On Development: Be actively involved in hands-on development, setting an example for the team and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Team Building: Skilled at building and developing high-performing teams, ensuring the right mix of skills and fostering a positive work environment.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance integration capabilities.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, processes, and project deliverables.

Key Skills:

Java, Middleware, Mule ESB, Strong knowledge of SOA and experience in designing Mule Interfaces,
Fluency in Web Service Standards such as XML, SOAP, REST, Strong understanding of RDBMS
Strong proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API design, and integration patterns. Experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs is essential.
Hands-on Development. Must be hands-on, capable of delivering MuleSoft APIs to integrate source/target systems, adhering to industry standards and best practise.
Mandatory Technical Skills: Mule ESB, SOA, JSON, XSD, XML
Hands-on experience in the design and development of complex use cases using MuleSoft.
Experience with technical deployments and modern engineering practices and tooling such as DevOps and test automation.
Strong governance and drive towards the promotion of Mule best practices, guardrail adherence, API Delivery Model.
Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions
Agile Practices: Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in MuleSoft are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5+ year s experience of developing Mulesoft solutions, with a focus on C4E and strong technical knowledge of the platform ideally including MuleSoft Admin and monitoring or with ability to learn this.
MuleSoft Certifications: Relevant MuleSoft certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Architect) are highly preferred.
Training Development: Develop training programs and materials to enhance the skills of the integration team and empower them to utilize MuleSoft tools effectively.
