Junior Engineer - Tool & Die

Role & responsibilities:

1. Attend Morning Meeting.

2. Online die correction / Offline Die Correction (800T, 1500T & 200T).

3. Do Preventive maintenance.

4. Trouble shooting (Burr, Miss Location, Dent & problem solve).

5. Die receiving & Die opening (Crane operation).

6. Analyzing & problem solving.

7. Kaizen activity (Die improvement).

8. Die correction (Dismantle, Die matching).

9. Fasteners check & paint mark.

10. Die assembly, Cleaning, Die closing & Send to production.

11. Document (Die repair request filling).

12. Spare update.

13. Target to achieve break down.

14. Daily work report submits to Shift InCharge.

15. Attend daily closing meeting.

Preferred candidate profile:

Looking for Candidate who have experience in Tool Room and Die Maintenance minimum 1 year
