Job Summary :

We are looking for a Network Security Lead with 5+ years of experience in network security, including 2+ years in a leadership role. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and manage security strategies to safeguard our network infrastructure. Experience with cloud proxy solutions is a must.

Key Responsibilities :

- Network Security Management : Oversee the design and enforcement of security measures.

- Firewall & VPN Configuration : Manage firewalls, VPNs, and secure network access.

- Threat Analysis & Risk Assessment : Identify and mitigate security threats.

- Incident Response & Recovery : Lead security incident investigations and remediation.

- Team Leadership : Mentor and guide the security team.

- Security Policies & Compliance : Ensure adherence to industry regulations.

- Collaboration : Work with IT, DevOps, and other teams for secure infrastructure.

- Security Tools & Monitoring : Utilize SIEM, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP).

- Expertise in firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.

- Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and security monitoring tools.

- Familiarity with cloud security, SD-WAN, zero-trust architecture, and cloud proxy solutions.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in network security, with 2+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred (within 30 days).
