English Tele caller

Candidate should be dynamic and persuasive. The candidate will play a key role in engaging potential customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to generate interest or close sales.
• Follow up on leads provided and convert them into successful sales or appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.
• Participate in training sessions to improve performance and meet goals.
• Provide daily updates on call outcomes and lead conversion rates to supervisors.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
• Strong verbal communication in [Specify languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, local language].
• Persuasive and confident with the ability to handle objections.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
