Senior Web Content and SEO Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Content and SEO Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience, with a solid foundation in PHP, JavaScript (object-oriented), HTML, CSS, and WordPress. This role will involve managing and maintaining WordPress websites, handling daily content updates, optimizing SEO strategies for both on-page and off-page content, and ensuring peak website performance to support large user volumes.

WordPress Website Maintenance:

1. Manage WordPress websites, ensuring security, stability, and ongoing updates.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve PHP, theme, and plugin issues to maintain seamless functionality.
3. Customize and optimize themes and plugins to meet site and content.

Daily Blog Management and Content Design:

1. Plan, create, and post engaging, SEO-friendly blog content on a daily basis, focusing on keyword optimization.

2. Use basic photo editing skills to create appealing blog visuals that complement written content.

3. Ensure content adheres to SEO best practices to drive visibility and engagement.

SEO Optimization (On-Page and Off-Page):

1. Implement on-page SEO elements such as meta descriptions, headers, keyword density, internal linking, and structured data.

2. Execute off-page SEO tactics, including backlink acquisition, social media integration, and content distribution.

3. Use SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush for keyword research, analysis, and optimization.

Website Performance and Optimization:

1. Optimize website performance to ensure fast loading times, responsiveness, and scalability to handle high traffic.

2. Implement caching, minification, and CDN integration to boost site performance and core web vitals.

3. Monitor site performance and ensure stability under high traffic volumes.

Server and Hosting Management:

1. Oversee hosting management, performing server maintenance and troubleshooting to maximize uptime and performance.

2. Coordinate with hosting providers for scaling, support, and issue resolution.

3. Establish backup and recovery solutions to safeguard website data.

Technical Requirements

Coding Proficiency:

1. 4-5 years of experience with PHP for WordPress customizations and backend functionality.

2. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (object-oriented) for enhancing front-end functionality.

3. Proficiency in HTML and CSS to support website styling and structure.

4. Familiarity with WordPress SEO plugins and tools to optimize site visibility.

SEO and Content Optimization Skills:

1. Solid understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, including keyword integration and backlink building.
2. Proficiency in SEO platforms (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) for research and site optimization.
3. Experience in developing SEO-friendly content that supports high visibility and ranking.

Performance and Server Management:

1. Knowledge of website performance optimization methods, including caching, minification, CDN, and database management.

2. Experience in hosting management (cPanel, Plesk, or cloud hosting) to ensure reliable, high-performance environments.
