Engineer / Sr Engineer - Asst Manager/Dy Manager - Sales & Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Generate sales for Yaskawa VFDs, increasing market share, volume, and profitability in the Coimbatore region.
• Manage sales activities for VFDs, targeting B2B customers, OEMs, end users, EPCs, resellers, and panel builders.
• Developing new channel partners in Coimbatore with reference to segment or geography to increase the business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong offer pipeline there by ensuring consistent sales growth.
• Conduct market and customer territory mapping to identify potential opportunities.
• Promote Yaskawa brand and influence product specifications among end users.
• Identify new market opportunities and collaborate across teams to drive development.
• Prepare sales forecasts and reports, including regular updates on order potential.
• Collaborate with the Yaskawa team to support marketing activities, enhance the value proposition, after sales support and increase brand visibility among customers.

Preferred candidate profile

The candidate should have core sales profile to manage sales activities for VFDs, targeting B2B customers, OEMs, end users, EPCs, resellers, and panel builders.

The candidate from particular regions will be preferable ( Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore)
