Job Description

Ensure effective services and guidance are provided to patients coming to OPD for doctor consultation and maintaining stipulated TAT in all areas of service.
Crowd Management / Patient Coordination/ Consultants Management / Appointments
To maintain all records / documentation /daily report in OPD
To ensure quality services to in patients admitted in wards AMCU, ICCU and NCU and other wards..
Ensure PREs provide quality services to all patients in their respective wards by Coordinating with the other departments.
To carry out daily rounds to check whether all the patients / patient attendants complaints to resolve them
Monthly and Daily Reports, Google reviews monitoring, Cash Closing and Self Audits.
Good communication in Telugu, Hindi & English

Experience: 1 to 3 yrs from Hospitals / Diagnostics experience is preferable.

Qualification: Any Graduation / MBA /MHM in Health care Management (Preferably Male)

Location: Hyderabad / Somajiguda.

Candidates may come for walkin Interviews btw 10.30am to 3.30pm ( Monday to Friday )
