Role & responsibilities

• Manage Directors calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
• Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
• Organize files, maintain records, and retrieve information as needed
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times
• Work on any other task assigned as per the business need

Preferred candidate profile

Good excel knowledge with good communication skills

Please note the working week is Monday to Saturday..
