Job Responsibilities
- Ensure effective services and guidance are provided to patients coming to OPD for doctor consultation and maintaining stipulated TAT in all areas of service.
- Crowd Management / Patient Coordination/ Consultants Management / Appointments
- To maintain all records / documentation /daily report in OPD
- To ensure quality services to in patients admitted in wards AMCU, ICCU and NCU and other wards..
- Ensure PREs provide quality services to all patients in their respective wards by Coordinating with the other departments.
- To carry out daily rounds to check whether all the patients / patient attendants complaints to resolve them
