Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Scan to BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting 3D laser scan data provided by clients into accurate and detailed Building Information Models (BIM). This role requires a deep understanding of 3D scanning technologies, BIM software, and the ability to interpret and model complex structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process raw point cloud data provided by clients using Autodesk Revit software to create detailed 3D models.
• Clean, align, and manage point cloud data to ensure it is ready for modeling.
• Develop accurate and detailed BIM models from point cloud data.
• Ensure models are created to industry standards and project requirements.
• Use software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure consistency.
• Create detailed documentation for the project as per the client standards.
• Provide regular updates to project manager and coordinator.
• Experience in using BIM 360 for project collaboration, model coordination, and data management.
• Good understanding of Autodesk Recap Software.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Scan to BIM processes.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD and Recap
• Strong understanding of construction and architectural principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
