Job Description
We are looking for a highly competent Product Owner to join our team to help drive the ongoing development of our cloud-based technology projects.
This position requires extensive experience in Representing the team in global meetings, Understanding the requirements, Story Creation, Agile Methodology ceremonies, work allocation/tracking, and working with product owners and leads. Candidate should have at least 5+ years of experience.
Key Role/Responsibilities:
Participate in requirements gathering meetings/workshops with product owners to derive the system requirements and uncover areas of improvement
Performing requirements analysis and create user stories with proper acceptance criteria for the development team
Conducting requirement grooming meetings and sharing business needs and system requirements with the development team
Serving as a liaison between Business users, Business Analyst, and development team users
Product Backlog Creation. Risk Dependency Management.
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
Managing competing resources, dependencies, and priorities.
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects
Gather metrics, create dashboards, and publish reports.
Conduct retrospective meetings for driving improvements
Required Skills:
Experience in working or managing cloud-based (AWS) web application development
Experience in creating technical project Documentation and task time estimates.
Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Formerly VSTS Teams)
Knowledge of SQL server administration
Familiarity with Estimation Prioritization models
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
