Responsibilities:

• Stakeholder Collaboration : Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Gather requirements, align on vision, and drive stakeholder buy-in. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for M365 solutions.
• Process Analysis : Analyse current business processes and identify areas for improvement
• Solution Design : Design and propose solutions using M365 services like SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope.
• Implementation Support : Assist in the implementation of M365 solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance standards.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in M365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
