• Generative AI: Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Tools: JIRA, ADO Board, Rally tool

Functional Skills:

• Techno-Functional IT consulting
• Client engagement management
• Prioritizing tasks and managing project timelines
• Handling user requirements and limitations in a banking context
• Conducting risk assessments for AI implementations
• Implementing simple risk mitigations for less technical know-how on Copilot
• Familiarity with Microsoft Responsible AI

Additional Knowledge:

• Information about Viva Insights
• Strategies for cost recovery and financial management
• Knowledge about licensing and rolling out new features

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or Product Manger role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud computing.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and other Microsoft applications.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Ability to perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile project management and delivery.

• Technical Skills : Strong knowledge of SharePoint capabilities, architecture, and best practices.
• Project Management Skills : Proficiency in project management tools (e. g. , Microsoft Project, Jira) and methodologies (e. g. , Agile, Scrum).
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
