Job Description
- Around 10 years of work experience in SAP consulting for manufacturing, services, or business environments, implementing SAP applications in the areas of SAP Financials.
- Responsible for the design, build, and implementation of complex SAP solutions from an application and business process standpoint
- Partner with key stakeholders to transform business processes to improve key performance indicators (KPI) in the retail industry
- Work with all team leads to design, build, and implement complex solutions
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
- Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions from an application and business standpoint
- Experience in project assessments and reviews
- Conduct workshops and prepare Blueprint, process maps, and assessment reports.
- Experience in S/4HANA environment in FICO including GL, AP, AR, AA, Product Costing and Margin Analysis
- Understanding of the business processes in FSCM, RAR, Group Reporting etc.,
- Experience in working with SAP Best Practices
- Experience in developing rollout strategies and plan
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.
- Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
- Must be result-oriented and demonstrate a good attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
- Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities
- Open to travel in India & Abroad
