Primary Skills: Windchill customization.

Primary Skill: Windchill and module are Windchill PDM-Link.

In Windchill must have expertise in Windchill Customization and Windchill Configuration.

Windchill Customization => Adding custom actions, Filters, Validator, Data Utility, Table Builder, Wizard, and Listeners. Must have to know Windchill API and Odata rest services and Windchill Integration with other systems.

Windchill Configuration => Must have working experience configuring OIR, Lifecycle, ACL, Type, and attribute Management.

Secondary Skil l: Backend technology=> Java, J2EE(JSP, Servlet, JDBC), Spring, Restful web services.

Frontend technolog y => HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React added advantage.

Good to have: Creo Parametric.

Database : Must have experience with Windchill Database and Oracle.

Not much I can remember, the experience was bad for me. Team culture was very orthodox and they didn't have respect across level. Senior would belittle and create pressure on freshers/juniors.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Bad work culture, senior eould treat juniors like trash and load them with work. Manager was of no use, always relied on other people's word and never had any review meeting. Office is very dull in Hyderabad, looks like government office from 90s. Management is bad as well, didn't have many projects and if on bench they will unnecessary call you back to base location to attend office daily.
