About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Senior SAP MM Consultant to join our team. As a Senior SAP MM Consultant, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP MM solutions for our clients or internal operations. You will leverage your deep expertise in SAP MM to drive process improvements, enhance system functionality, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of successful SAP implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP MM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Configure and customize SAP MM modules to meet specific business requirements and industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain detailed functional and technical specifications.

- Ensure seamless integration of SAP MM with other SAP modules (SD, PP, FI/CO) and non-SAP systems.

- Analyze existing MM processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions that align with organizational goals. -

- Implement and optimize Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, Inventory Management, and MRP (Material Requirements Planning).

- Work on inventory rebalancing and network optimization.

- Provide expertise in Logistic Execution and Transportation within SAP MM.

- Design and implement solutions for inbound and outbound logistics, transportation planning, and freight management.

- Design and implement complex release strategies in MM.

- Utilize and optimize Inventory Management features and functionalities.

- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts for SAP MM functionalities.

- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure system stability and data integrity.

- Identify and resolve defects and issues during testing phases.

- Lead and participate in the development of enhancements and customizations, from requirements gathering to production deployment.

- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams.

- Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance and support.

- Foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.

- Provide technical leadership and expertise to project teams.

- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide expert guidance.

- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate SAP MM functionalities and solutions.

- Maintain clear and concise documentation.

- Analyze and resolve complex SAP MM issues and incidents.

- Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent solutions.

- Provide expert troubleshooting and support to end-users.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in SAP MM area, including all ECC versions and S/4HANA.

- Thorough understanding of various MM processes, business scenarios, P2P, Inventory Management, and MRP.

- Strong knowledge and experience of interfaces with other SAP and non-SAP systems.

- Good experience in Logistic Execution and Transportation.

- Experience with inventory rebalancing and network optimization.

- 2+ years of SAP system implementation (configuration) experience in MM modules.

- Strong knowledge of Release strategy in MM, Inventory Management features and functionalities.

- Experience in a team lead capacity.

- Proven experience in testing complex test plans/scripts.
