Role Description

The Marketing Support Lead will play a key role in supporting Pakka Ltd.'s marketing department by coordinating various marketing efforts, streamlining processes, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who will assist in managing day-to-day operations, provide administrative support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Assist the marketing team in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
  • Content Coordination: Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials, including social media posts, blog articles, newsletters, brochures, and product information sheets.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update customer and prospect databases, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in CRM systems.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to support the development of marketing strategies, identify industry trends, and analyze competitor activities.
  • Event Coordination: Support the execution of events, trade shows, webinars, and promotional activities, including logistics, material preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Assist in tracking campaign performance, preparing reports on key metrics, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing marketing budgets by tracking expenses and ensuring all marketing activities are within the approved budget.
  • Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects and activities.
  • Internal Communication: Ensure effective communication within the marketing team and across departments to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a marketing support or coordinator role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools (CRM systems, email marketing software, etc.).
    • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (SEO, social media, email marketing, etc.).
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and/or design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of the [industry/product] and customer behaviour.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing.
