Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all mechanical systems and equipment in the paper production process.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality control, and safety, to ensure seamless operations and alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in mechanical performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Develop and manage budgets for mechanical operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within mechanical operations, leveraging best practices and innovative solutions.
- Mentor and train team members to enhance technical skills and promote a culture of safety and excellence.
RequirementsQualifications:
- Bacheloror Masterdegree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 15-20 years of experience in mechanical operations within the paper industry.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale mechanical systems and teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various teams.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations related to the paper industry.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for mechanical operations and maintenance management.
- Bacheloror Masterdegree in Mechanical Engineering.
