Job Description
- Creation and execution of a demand generation plan for YaraVita and YaraAmplix for the region of responsibility which includes Business Plan of key costumer, Market Action Plan, Target crops, focused product, execution time.
- Implement and track the demand generation plan with accuracy, quality and quantity
- Implement go to market and market share growth strategies for YaraVita and YaraAmplix products
- Development, Implement and communicate local value proposition and product positioning for YaraVita and YaraAmplix products.
- Support Commercial Team to differentiate and defending the value proposition of YaraVita and YaraAmplix products.
- Together with commercial team Identify the key influencers of foliar and bio stimulant business and establish an action plan for each one of them.
- Ensure technical training of the internal team and retailers network.
- Conduct Trials and Compile technical data to support training sessions and technical conversations with strong and consistent results
- In collaboration with the sales team, carry out post-sales actions and results presentations to ensure loyalty and repurchase.
- Be a technical reference for YaraVita and YaraAmplix at Area office Level, clarifying doubts and helping the implementation of YaraVita and YaraAmplix value propositions ensuring the correct technical/commercial positioning, within the Yara solutions for focal crops in the area of action
- Work collaboratively with local and regional teams - technical, sales, marketing and agronomy
- Supports quality related topics and Provide training to channel partners on Product Management.
