Account Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Accounts Management:
• Maintain and manage the company's daily accounts using Tally Prime.
• Record all financial transactions accurately, including income, expenses, and reconciliations
• GST and TDS Compliance:
• Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
• Handle TDS calculations, payments, and returns as per statutory requirements.
• Financial Reporting:
• Generate periodic financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Vendor and Customer Accounts Management:
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
• Reconcile vendor payments, invoices, and customer accounts.
• Bank Reconciliation:
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Compliance and Documentation:
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, including GST, TDS, and other applicable laws.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Skills:Proficiency in Tally Prime is mandatory.
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance and filings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Preferred: Candidates based in Coimbatore or willing to relocate.
