Role Overview:

  • As a Sales Associate at Yappes, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives by identifying leads, nurturing client relationships, and supporting event-driven engagement strategies. This role offers exposure to sales, client engagement, CRM systems, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify, qualify, and build a robust pipeline of leads aligned with Yappes' target industries.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to nurture relationships and drive interest in Yappes' offerings.
  • Event Data Management: Support lead collection and organization from industry events, webinars, and trade shows.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate tracking of all lead interactions and sales progress.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with other internal teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall growth strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on API management trends to identify opportunities and refine engagement strategies.
  • Performance Metrics: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead nurturing and follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Graduate in CSE, IT, IS, ECE, or EE.
  • Experience: 1-2 years in B2B sales, pre-sales, or customer-facing roles, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or technology sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in lead nurturing strategies and follow-up techniques.
  • A hunter mentality with confidence in prospecting, cold-calling, and relationship-building.
  • Passion for technology, digital transformation, and API ecosystems.
