- Monitor equipment during operation and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inspections.
- Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment performance or safety.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols while performing mechanical tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- ITI certification in Mechanical Trade or equivalent vocational training.
- Additional certifications or courses in metal fabrication and welding are desirable.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician, with proficiency in metal cutting, bending, welding, and drilling.
- Experience in mechanical assembly, maintenance, and repair in an industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills in metal fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, components, and materials.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy in workmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Team player with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
- This position is based in [Kolkata], no travelling require.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- This position involves working in a manufacturing plant, production floor, or workshop environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and occasional overtime as needed
