• Ensuring Good Customer Satisfaction by prompt response
• Team Management, trouble shooting.
• Responsible for handling field service team of engineers
• Spares Management, claims management
• Warranty administration
• Preventive Maintenance
• Revenue Achievement through service revenue, Parts & Attachments
• Improving Vital Parameters MTTR, CSI
• Monitoring customer concerns, F to F with customers and warranty dispute settlement with ASM
• Technical and Non Technical training to manpower on products
• Planning of camps or service events to promote brand value
• Spare Parts coordination with parts counter person
• Preparing various reports on excel and tech web
• Maintains periodical maintenance data of the fleet
