QS Engineer

Functional Skill-Key Area-

• Manage all the costs relating to road project or other civil project for the initial calculation to the final figure.
• Should be capable of calculating best possible cost and minimize the risk of the project and enhance the value of the money.
• Should be able to prepare and analyze project costing for the Tender, such as material, quantities labor and time.
• Should be able to prepare tender and contract documents including BOQ, with the help of technical drawing.
• Should be able to advice on contractual claims and dispute. He will advise on procurement strategy.
• Should be able to evaluate the completed work, oversee bills and attain the client regarding any dispute or queries.
• Should be able to review construction, plans and prepare quantity requirements keeping in view the quantity as per specified IRC guideline.
