Job title : Test Engineer

Location : Pune

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards.

- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional and non-functional testing.

- Perform manual testing, including regression, integration, and system testing, to ensure the product meets defined requirements.

- Conduct performance testing using tools such as JMeter to identify bottlenecks and optimize performance.

- Test APIs for functionality, reliability, and performance using Postman.

- Automate testing for web applications using Cypress to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Conduct usability, responsiveness, and compatibility testing for mobile and web applications.

- Configure and maintain test environments to replicate real-world conditions and ensure readiness for testing.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve bugs and implement improvements.

- Participate in requirement analysis and documentation, ensuring test coverage for business needs.

- Continuously identify and recommend opportunities to enhance testing processes and tools.

Skillsets Required :

- Proficiency in manual testing methodologies and tools.

- Experience with automation frameworks, particularly Cypress.

- Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter.

- Strong understanding of API testing using Postman or similar tools.

- Knowledge of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.

- Familiarity with mobile and web application testing.
