Job Description
- Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems, envisioning, and enabling critical processes, and fundamentally helping the client to achieve their objectives leveraging D365 F&O capabilities.
- Act as a client discovery lead: learn the most important client challenges and needs and uncover those problems that are unspoken, and ultimately establish a proposed solution that will enable them to achieve their goals.
- Elicit, analyze, and validate business needs of key stakeholders by planning, facilitating and documenting requirements gathering / discovery workshops.
- Provide expert overview & deep-dive product demonstrations and position the unique value of Microsoft D365 F&O and related platforms to address client requirements.
- Utilize a deep knowledge of Suply chain management processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration, Testing the solution, UAT, User training and delivering.
- It should be experience of Project Cut-Over and Go-Live activities.
- Align with stakeholders to convert business requirements into capabilities, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Also, closely work with developer/technical team members.
- Identify and analyze risks and issues for the program or project portfolio in conjunction with project managers.
- Should be working with client business hours and be ready for on-site travelling.
- Communication and regular basis project status reporting to your reporting manager.
Must have an experienced of:
- Demonstrated expertise in D365 F&O solution, or equivalent.
- Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O Functional Certifications highly desirable including:
- Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant Associate
- MB-310: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant
- MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Supply chain management
- 10-15 years Microsoft AX/D365 F&O (or equivalent) implementation experience demonstrating an ability to enhance and implement D365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation.
- Experience and strong working knowledge across key SCM modules and Microsoft products.

- Experience with Automobile domain will be an advantage.
- Proven record of delivering business value by leveraging technology and an ability to communicate strategic technical concepts at an executive level and be a trusted voice at the decision-making table.
- Understanding of emerging Microsoft technologies; Azure Cloud Platform, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Azure Data Lake, DevOps, RSAT
- Working experience with Azure DevOps is highly desirable.
- Experience with Supply chain process design and leading practices, including demonstrated experience in process documentation / process improvement within the Supply chain function.
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile (Scrum) and hybrid methodology approaches.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Ability to effectively communicate to different audiences including internal and external stakeholders and peers clearly and concisely in written, oral and various presentation formats and situations.
- Experience working with and supporting Microsoft ISV Solutions
- Experience with multisite implementation.
- Should be aware of all the new Supply Chain Management features of D365 F&O releases.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
- Must be able to work with all the team members who are working on the project.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand the project requirements with overseas taxation.
