Warehouse Functional Consultant

The Warehouse consultant will apply advanced process analysis skills, knowledge of MS AX/D365 F&O capabilities, and an understanding of client requirements gathered and strong knowledge of business processes. The deep knowledge of multiple MS D365 F&O areas, specifically in the areas of Supply chain and Advance warehouse management. The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in implementing ( Must have done /involved 2 to 3 End-to-End implementation ) in MS D365 F&O and will be skilled at communicating and demonstrating the value of D365 F&O to our clients with the goal of delivering solution designs to deliver business value.

Skills and attributes:

1. Assist in identifying and creatively solving complex client problems.
2. Utilize a deep knowledge of Supply chain and Warehouse processes and best practices to advise and guide the client during pre-implementation consulting engagements such as Requirements Gathering, Fit Gap Assessments, Design and Configuration, Testing the solution, UAT, User training and delivering .
3. Translate conceptual requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team. Also closely work with developer/technical team members.
4. Should be working with client business hours and be ready for on-site travelling.
5. Communication and regular basis project status reporting to the reporting manager.
6. Microsoft D365 Functional Certifications are highly desirable ie
   • MB-330: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Supply chain management OR
   • MB-335: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Supply chain management functional consultant expert
7. 4-8 years AX/MS D365 F&O implementation experience with Product demonstration and ability to enhance and implement D365 F&O for clients based on their business requirements across the full cycle of implementation.
8. Extensive functional knowledge in core Supply chain such as Material planning demand and forecasting, Prpcure to Pay, Order to Cash, Advance warehouse management setup and configuration, Integration with existing software, Intercompany trading, Trade and discounting, Data migration.
9. Quickly learn and understand the project requirements, Strong analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills.
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization.
11. Ability to manage multi-task and multiple projects at once.
12. Experience with Automobile domain or Automobile ISV ie Annata highly desirable
