Job Description:

Yahvi Technology and Solutions Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with strong experience in India Localization to join our team in Bangalore. This is an excellent opportunity for an immediate joiner to contribute to exciting projects and grow their career within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

* Configure, implement, and support Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM) with a focus on India Localization.

* Gather and analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and perform system configurations.

* Conduct system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

* Provide end-user training and support.

* Work closely with technical teams to develop and implement customizations and integrations.

* Manage and resolve incidents and service requests related to Oracle EBS Finance applications.

* Prepare and maintain functional documentation, including setup documents, test scripts, and training materials.

* Participate in project implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.

* Stay updated with the latest Oracle EBS features and functionalities, especially related to India Localization and EB Tax.

* Projects Experience: Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS Finance modules in at least 1-2 full-cycle implementation projects or multiple support projects.

* SCM Experience (Preferred): Basic understanding of Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management) and their integration with Finance modules is a plus.

* India Localization: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with India Localization, including GST, TDS, and TCS configurations and processes.

* EB Tax: Expertise in configuring and maintaining India tax structures within Oracle EB Tax for GST and other statutory requirements.

* Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.

Required Skills:

* 2-4 years of experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant.

* Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

* Proven experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS projects.

* In-depth understanding of India Localization requirements, including GST, TDS, and TCS.

* Hands-on experience with Oracle EB Tax configuration for Indian taxes.

* Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional specifications, and configuring the system.

* Proficient in creating and executing test scripts and conducting UAT.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Basic understanding of Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management) is a plus.

* Willingness to work from the office in Bangalore.

Preferred Skills:

* Oracle EBS certifications.

* Experience with Oracle EBS Applications.

* Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.

Education:

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field.
