Name of the Position: Quality Control Executive

Reporting to : Manager – Quality Department

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To ensure overall quality parameters including sample testing (raw material, in-process sample test, and final product testing).

2. Sampling of raw, packing material, intermediate and finished product.

3. Analysis of raw material, packing material, stability samples and finished product analysis of IPQC sample.

4. Analysis of process and cleaning validation samples.

5. Preparation of standard volumetric solution, reagent and standardization of volumetric solution and check for stability.

6. Inventory of instruments spares, chemicals and glassware, stock maintenance of laboratory chemicals and glassware.

7. Should have hands on experience in handling instruments like PH meter, moisture analyzer, hot air oven, muffle furnace, soxhlet apparatus, heating mantle, vernier caliper, refractometer, digital weighing balance etc.

8. To maintain cleanliness, personal and environment safety and follow Good Laboratory Practices during work.

9. Co-ordination with production to maintain manufacturing SOP’s.

10. Overall operation, calibration and troubleshooting as per GMP, SOP guideline.

11. Responsible for maintaining all documentation for all QA and QC.

12. Preparing document like method validation reports, specification.

13.COA’s and MOA’s for finished products raw materials.

14.Doing all wet lab and dry lab analysis.

15.Daily report, monthly plan, preventative maintenance plan, batch record issuing, batch report submission, etc.
