- To coordinate with the clients / vendors for scheduling inspections
- Complying with the applicable inspection requirement.
- Performing inspection as per the guidelines and requirements
- Planning and carrying out assigned responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
- Documenting observations, reporting, preparing and submitting the inspection reports
- Reviewing the inspection reports before submitting the reviewers and coordinator team
- Retaining and safeguarding documents and samples pertaining to the inspections
- Submitting inspection documents and samples to the Inspection Co-ordinator after completing the inspection
- Ensuring all the documents remain confidential
- Treating privileged information with discretion
- Ensure zero Errors in reports and inspection
- Communicating the updates in the Manuals
