Role Summary:

This pivotal role combines strategic oversight with operational execution to curate high-quality luxury materials, foster strong supplier relationships, and deliver outstanding product ranges to our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Sourcing:

- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for luxury materials, ensuring premium quality and sustainability.

- Identify and negotiate with global and local suppliers to secure exclusive, high-quality fabrics at competitive terms.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors, mills, and artisans in the luxury textile market.

- Merchandising Leadership:

- Lead the end-to-end merchandising process, including product development, range planning, and lifecycle management.

- Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform product offerings.

- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to align collections with brand identity and seasonal trends.

Operational Excellence:

- Oversee procurement timelines, inventory levels, and cost efficiencies to meet financial and operational targets.

- Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainable sourcing practices, adhering to global luxury standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven track record in sourcing and merchandising luxury clothing materials, with global supplier network expertise.
