Data Scientist - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (2-6 yrs)

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Design, develop, and maintain AI models and products that meet client requirements and deliver business value.

- Support the execution, maintenance, and upkeep of PRGX's AI models and products.

- Collaborate closely with other global teams to ensure that PRGX's AI models and products are meeting the needs of our clients.

- Work closely with the Manager, AI Services in ensuring alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in AI technologies and methodologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our models and products.

- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :

- Master of Science in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Data Science.

- 1-3 years of experience applying machine learning techniques to solve complex data problems.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical models, including supervised and unsupervised learning methods.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.

- Proficiency in Python programming, and experience working with big data tools such as Spark.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong experience with agile development methodologies and version control tools such as Git.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
