XTEN-AV - UI/UX Developer (2-6 yrs)

Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Developer with a minimum of 3 years of expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery as must-have skills.

In this role, you will design and implement intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experiences while collaborating closely with designers, developers, and product managers to bring our web and mobile applications to life.

Key Responsibilities :

1. User Interface Design :

- Design and implement responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Ensure UI designs adhere to brand identity and meet business objectives.

2. Front-End Development :

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable front-end code using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Optimize applications for speed, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

3. User Experience Improvement :

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design choices.

- Continuously improve the accessibility and usability of digital interfaces based on data and insights.

- Implement solutions that enhance the overall user journey and satisfaction.

4. Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, back-end developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.

- Present design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders effectively.

5. Staying Ahead of Trends :

- Keep up to date with the latest UI/UX design and development trends, tools, and best practices.

- Innovate and incorporate new techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of the development process.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX development, with a strong focus on front-end technologies.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery (mandatory).

- Experience with React (preferred) and other front-end frameworks is a plus.

- Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- A portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects is required.
