Role & responsibilities

This is a full-time remote role for a CRM Developer for Sales Module at XRM Labs. The CRM Developer will be responsible for developing and integrating software solutions, focusing on CRM systems, databases, and web services. The role involves creating and maintaining CRM solutions, managing integrations, and collaborating with clients to meet their business needs and requirements. However, we also prefer candidate who have multiple module experiences in Dynamics such as Marketing, Fields and Service, Project Service Automation or Finance and Operations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in Microsoft D365 CE technical role.
2. Software Development and Logical Programming skills (such as C, C++, C#, JS, React or Python).
3. Excellent problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong Database skills (such as SQL, MySQL or Postgre SQL).
5. Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Sales Module out-of-the-box and customizations.
6. Experience in Integration and Web Services (such as SharePoint, Azure, or other Third Party services) with Dynamics CRM.
7. Experience in developing Custom Plugin Assemblies, client side JavaScript, Power Automate Flows and out-of-the-box configurations for Dynamics CRM.
8. Experience with Power Automate, Power Pages (Power Portal), Canvas Apps and Power Component Framework.
9. Preferred if Experience in Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Azure Functions, Azure Webhooks and Azure B2C implementation for Dynamics CRM or Power Portals and other Dynamics CRM Modules.
