Role & responsibilities

1. Customer Interaction:
• Handle customer inquiries through chat, voice, or non-voice support channels promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information to resolve customer issues and queries.
• Ensure a polite, professional, and empathetic demeanor in all interactions.
2. Problem-Solving:
• Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department while ensuring timely resolution.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
3. Data Management:
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
4. Continuous Improvement:
• Provide suggestions to improve the customer support process.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and services.

Preferred candidate profile

• Educational Qualification: Graduation in 2024, 2023, or 2022.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience: Prior experience in chat, voice, or non-voice customer support is highly preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
