Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development:
  
• Develop, publish, and schedule Power BI reports and dashboards as per business requirements.
• Design and implement interactive and visually appealing dashboards.
• Data Management:
  
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and optimize data models in Power BI for performance.
• Manage connections to various data sources, including SQL, Excel, and APIs.
• Collaboration & Analysis:
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
• Optimization & Maintenance:
  
• Optimize dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Maintain and enhance existing reports as per evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL queries.
• Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex business problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
