Develop and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations as per business requirements.
Manage configuration changes and ensure they are properly documented and implemented.
Troubleshoot complex issues related to Windchill implementation, configuration, and integration.
Identify and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Work closely with other IT teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Requirements
Deep understanding of Windchill PLM software and its various modules.
Strong in Database and Windchill Architecture.
Proficiency in most functionalities of the Windchill environment like handling Business Objects (Parts, CAD Documents & Documents), Lifecycles, Workflows, OIRs, Queues, ACLs, Teams, Roles, Groups, Users, Templates, File Vaulting, Replication and Visualizations.
Strong in investigate the technical and performance issues.
Should have very good Administration experience on Windchill environments.
Knowledge on DB Backups, System Administration, Performance monitoring and tuning will be added advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills, effective presentations skills.
