Xpetize - Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-5 yrs)

What roles and responsibilities will be performed by the selected candidate ?

- Salesforce Developer with solutioning capabilities to cater business needs and mentor junior team members

- Design and development of new business functionalities and enhancements using the Salesforce Platform.

- Drive projects and work with onshore counterpart in delivering the requirements.

- Deliver effective solutions by leveraging both declarative (configuration) and programmatic (custom development) capabilities in Salesforce.

- Optimize Salesforce development (Declarative, Apex Coding, Visual Force, Lightning) and debug possible root causes of issues with knowledge of best practices understanding on coding standards, deployment, Apex, VF & Security implementations.

- Understand client's business challenges/requirements and offering/developing solution to these

- Involve in providing value additions to the project, giving technical presentations and learning up new upcoming technologies as per business need.

- Participate in complete development process from requirement analysis to deployment. Provide technical documents for reference.

- Understand best practice and coding standards

- Ability to recommend best practice Salesforce solutions based on business needs and objectives
