Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Communications Manager to join us. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing communications, brand messaging, and public relations to build brand awareness and drive customer engagement. You will be working closely with internal teams, external agencies, and other stakeholders to develop and execute strategic communication plans across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing communication strategies to promote kitchen appliances, focusing on both digital and offline channels.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication platforms, including social media, website, email marketing, advertising, and PR campaigns.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling, high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and other promotional content.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, PPC, social media ads, and email marketing to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate product launches, trade shows, and other promotional events to increase brand exposure and engage target audiences.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to understand consumer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and adjust communication strategies accordingly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure communication strategies align with business objectives.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on key metrics and KPIs.
