Collaborate with the Art Director to establish and maintain a cohesive visual style.
Create mood boards, sketches, and detailed illustrations to communicate ideas effectively.
Work closely with game designers, 3D artists, animators, and other stakeholders to ensure the concepts align with gameplay mechanics and technical constraints.
Communicate effectively across departments to ensure a seamless integration of visual elements into the game.
Review and refine concepts based on feedback from the art and production teams.
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual assets.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into the concept art pipeline.
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors/Master s degree in Fine Arts, Illustration, Game Design, or a related field.
Strong artistic portfolio showcasing skills in character, environment, or prop design (academic projects or personal work acceptable).
Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other digital painting tools.
Basic understanding of color theory, composition, anatomy, and visual storytelling (prior coursework or projects preferred).
Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and collaborate with senior artists and designers.
Passion for gaming and concept art, with a keen eye for creative visual storytelling.
