As an Executive Secretary at xIoTz, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our cyber security startup working alongside the CEO.
Ensures seamless operations for both the executive s administrative needs and the strategic management of customer relationships.
This hybrid role requires an individual who is organized, communicative, and customer-oriented, capable of juggling multiple high-priority tasks while supporting the CEO s day-to-day activities.
You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to nurture relationships with potential clients, and promote our innovative security solutions.
Calendar Management:
Organize and maintain the CEO s schedule, coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
Correspondence:
Handle emails, phone calls, and other communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring that important messages are prioritized and responded to promptly.
Document Management:
Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents needed by the CEO. This could include drafting and proofreading correspondence.
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and organize meetings, take minutes, and track follow-up actions.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information and ensure it is managed professionally with high confidentiality.
Travel Arrangements:
Book flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries for business trips.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintaining files and records, Handling expense reports and reimbursements.
Point of Contact:
Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders.
Client Liaison:
Act as the primary contact between key clients and the CEO, ensuring communication flows smoothly and effectively.
Client Relationship Management:
