Summary: AWS Support Engineer
Description: Job Summary: The AWS L3 Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing our AWS cloud infrastructure. This role requires advanced technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services and a strong understanding of cloud architecture. Key Responsibilities: Design, deploy, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable AWS cloud solutions. Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for AWS-related issues. Collaborate with development teams to optimize applications for the cloud. Implement and manage automation processes using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Monitor and maintain the performance, security, and availability of cloud infrastructure. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with best practices and security standards. Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure, inventory and processes. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical issues. Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Professional) or equivalent certification. Total 10+ years of experience with minimum of 8 years of experience with AWS services. Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, and infrastructure. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
