Role & responsibilities

Marketing & Campaign Management

• Execute LinkedIn, Email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Conduct competitor analysis and develop insights to improve marketing strategies.
• Optimize marketing content with AI-generated videos, infographics, and social media creatives.
• Manage paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads) with a focus on logistics and B2B markets.
• Be an influencer, create content to influence and also help to build influencer network

Creative Content Development

• Design PowerPoint presentations for investor pitches, sales decks, and internal training.
• Assist in website design enhancements and work with developers to improve UI/UX.
• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, and brochures for online and offline marketing.
• Develop promotional videos, user journey animations, and storytelling content for digital channels.

Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze marketing performance (Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, Email open rates, etc.).
• Provide reports and insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Recommend content and engagement strategies based on data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Communication, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing and creative design roles.
• Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, logistics, or tech-driven companies is an advantage.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• Marketing & Advertising: Experience in LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, and Digital Campaigns.
• Presentation & Creative Tools: Proficiency in PowerPoint (PPT), Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator.
• Website & UI/UX Understanding: Basic experience in WordPress, HTML/CSS, or working with web designers.
• Video Editing & AI-based Content Creation: Experience with AI video tools like Synthesia, Pictory, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Analytics & Reporting: Knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and Email marketing platforms.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of B2B, Logistics, and Freight Tech will be a plus.
