About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to lead our Digital Operations Team. This role is central to managing and optimizing our digital platforms, including CMS portals, marketing automation tools, web applications, and managed services for marketing and analytics tagging. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless digital operations, driving efficiency, innovation, and excellence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the Digital Operations Team, providing strategic direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Oversee the management and maintenance of Content Management Systems (CMS) and marketing automation platforms, ensuring their integration and optimal performance.

- Manage the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of web applications, ensuring they meet performance, security, and usability standards.

- Lead the managed services team responsible for marketing and analytics tagging, ensuring accurate implementation and data integrity.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality across all digital operations.

- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

- Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technical operations management, preferably in a digital environment.

- Strong understanding of CMS platforms, marketing automation tools, and web application management.

- Exposure with marketing and analytics tagging tools.

- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex digital operations.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Familiarity with ITIL practices and Agile methodologies is a plus.
