Mould Designer / Product Designer / Tool Designer

Role & responsibilities

• Design & Develop Plastic Part designs with DFM.
• Design Injection Molds / Progressive Press Tools
• Understand Product requirements and create innovative product designs that meets DFM requirements using SOLIDWORKS.
• Prepare core cavity excretion & Splits for mould design.
• Develops the concepts and mechanical designs for the projects.
• Participate & execute design reviews internally and with customer.

Preferred candidate profile

XEONTEC DEISGNS & SERVICES looking for candidates who have 1 to 5 years experience in Plastic Parts Design / Tool & Mould Design, using SOLIDWORKS / ProE Creo.

Strong ability to convert concepts in to Design for Manufacturing (DFM) of Products. Expert level solid and surface modelling in SOLIDWORKS / ProE Creo.

Those who does not have work experience in Computer aided design but have experience in tool / mould manufacturing side & have passion to begin a career in Product design and have good 3D software (Solidworks / Creo) skills may also apply.
