Senior .Net Developer/Lead Developer (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are hiring Senior .Net Developers and Lead .Net Developers for exciting opportunities with Xenspire/NTT Data. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing high-performance, scalable applications while working with cutting-edge technologies. Candidates with strong expertise in .Net technologies, enterprise web development, and experience in the payment systems domain will excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement high-performance, scalable back-office web applications using .NET Core.

- Architect and maintain microservices-based applications for scalability and maintainability.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and implement APIs and integration strategies for supporting applications.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain quality standards.

- Stay updated on the latest .NET technologies, tools, and trends.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, business decision-makers, and team members to define requirements and systems goals.

- Coordinate in-depth testing (System, Integration, and UAT), including end-user reviews for new features or enhancements.

- Provide knowledge transfer and training to end users and support teams for updated or newly implemented features.

- Ensure smooth deployment of features through CI/CD pipelines.

- Offer implementation support and warranty for developed features.

Must-Have Technical Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in enterprise or web software development (server-side and front-end).

- Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.Net, MVC, C#, WCF/Web API.

- Experience with Angular, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, SQL, XML, Bootstrap, LINQ, and Entity Framework.

- Responsive web development experience and understanding of cross-browser techniques.

- Knowledge of IBM DB2, Oracle, and database drivers like ODBC.

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server 2016 and above.

- Strong grasp of object-oriented programming principles.

- Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.

- Ability to adapt to new programming languages and technologies.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience in the Payment Systems domain, including payment processes like Authorization, Settlement, and Chargebacks.

- Knowledge of handling customer disputes and reconciliation processes.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
