Responsibilities.
Recruitment Strategy:.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates..
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements..
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment..
Sourcing and Screening:.
Utilise various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates..
Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit..
Interview and Selection:.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers..
Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, and provide insightful evaluations of candidates..
Facilitate the selection process, including reference checks and background screenings..
Candidate Experience:.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process..
Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed about the status of their application..
Onboarding:.
Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires..
Conduct orientation sessions and assist in the integration of new employees into the organisation..
Data Management:.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system ..
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of the recruitment process..
Qualifications.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field..
Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer or in a similar role..
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws..
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment..
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software..
