Your Responsibilities

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our business, responsible for promoting and selling our bath fittings and accessories to customers

Your key responsibilities will include:

Customer Acquisition:Identify and approach potential customers, including builders, contractors, architects, and interior designers, dealers and distributors to introduce them to our product range and convert leads into sales.

Relationship Building:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with personalised solutions and exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of our bath fittings and accessories, staying up-to-date with product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to customers.

Sales Target Achievement:Set and achieve sales targets by actively prospecting for new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating deals, and closing sales.

Market Insights:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing feedback to the management team for continuous improvement and product development.

Requirements

Proven track record in field sales, preferably in bath fittings or related industries.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales goals.

Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Valid driver's licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory (within or outside Delhi).
