Salesforce Administrator with Integration Expertise

Role

• Administer Salesforce - user management, permissions etc.
• Design and optimize Salesforce Flows to automate business processes.
• Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, particularly within Service Cloud or Sales Cloud
• Certified Salesforce Administrator. Certification is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows and automation.
• Experienced in integrating Salesforce with other tools leveraging APIs and/or automation platforms like Celigo & Zapier.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to guide solution development.
• Excellent documentation and technical process mapping abilities.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during designated work hours.
