Scrum Master

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal

candidate will have strong expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC),

hands-on experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environment. This role requires

excellent communication skills, proficiency in tools such as Excel, and a commitment to

fostering Agile best practices.

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a servant-leader for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Program Increment (PI) Planning and ensure alignment with SAFe principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the backlog.
• Identify, document, and resolve impediments that block team progress.
• Coach the team on Agile principles, helping them become more self-organized and efficient.
• Track team metrics and progress, using tools and techniques like burndown charts and velocity reports to drive continuous improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration across teams, ensuring dependencies are managed effectively.
• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on delivery progress.
• Leverage Excel and other reporting tools to analyze data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Frameworks: Hands-on experience with SAFe and its practices.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving their goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Sharepoint.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Experience in digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
• Knowledge of specific industry verticals (healthcare, BFSI, retail & ecommerce, agritech)
• Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
